Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Timber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jacksonville, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about regulatory filings into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
