Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Quill Care Services is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about caregiver training into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
