Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Rowan Health is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about referrals into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
