Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wilder Medical and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
