Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Bright Quarry Care Services and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about caregiver training into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
