Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Oak Care Services is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about visit scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
