Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Ashton Transit Planning is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about accessibility audits into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
