Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Bridge Legal Group is a law firm in Cincinnati serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Turn requests about client files into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
