Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about visit scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
