Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Ridge Medical is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about regulatory submissions into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
