Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Bright Pharma is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Turn requests about cleanroom operations into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
