Software Engineer - mobile experience (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Rook Financial is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about payment disputes into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
