Software Engineer - mobile experience (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Toledo area, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. We invest in training. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about service installations into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
