Software Engineer - mobile experience (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate River Financial Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about payment disputes into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
