Software Engineer - mobile experience (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Tampa with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about client records into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
