Software Engineer - mobile experience (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Mill Care Services Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Turn requests about client records into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
