Software Engineer - mobile experience (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Lakeside Telecom Group and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Reno. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about network equipment into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
