Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Bright Granite Community Partners is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
