Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be mobile experience. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about survey data into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
