Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Silverline Hollow Health provides primary and specialty care in Pittsburgh, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about patient education into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
