Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Westbrook Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about patient scheduling into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
