Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about complaint handling into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
