Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Redstone River Community Partners is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
