Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Cedar Pine Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charleston, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about regulatory submissions into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
