Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Telecom and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be mobile experience. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
