Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Sacramento. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about licensing into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
