Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about intake forms into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
