Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Fernwood Stone Energy Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about usage data into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
