Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Rivermark Early Learning is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn requests about enrolment into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
