Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Highbridge Iron Early Learning is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
