Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about field visits into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
