Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Cedar Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about client records into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
