Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Silverline Quarry Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Little Rock. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Turn requests about customer tickets into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
