Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Fernwood Wren Legal Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about billing records into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
