Software Engineer - mobile experience (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about customer sites into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
