Software Engineer - mobile experience (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Mill Health provides primary and specialty care in El Paso, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about patient scheduling into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
