Software Engineer - mobile experience (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about fare systems into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
