Software Engineer - mobile experience (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
