Software Engineer - mobile experience (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Insurance Associates and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be mobile experience. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about policy renewals into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
