Software Engineer - mobile experience (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about court deadlines into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
