Software Engineer - mobile experience (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Quill Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Birmingham, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
