Software Engineer - internal tools (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Toledo. We are hiring a Software Engineer to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Turn requests about client records into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
