Software Engineer - internal tools (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Medical and adding a Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Turn requests about device records into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
