Software Engineer - internal tools (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Oak Legal Group is a law firm in Savannah serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
