Software Engineer - internal tools (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Iron Medical is a Salt Lake City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Turn requests about complaint handling into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
