Software Engineer - internal tools (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Pike Pharma is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about cleanroom operations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
