Software Engineer - internal tools (Reno, NV)

Redstone Granite Community Partners is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Reno. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about client intake into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
