Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Greenridge North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Virginia Beach, and we need a Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
