Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Health Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about patient scheduling into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
