Software Engineer - internal tools (remote)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group is looking for a Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about clinical evaluations into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
